With summer in full swing and temperatures rising, there’s no better time than now to enjoy the refreshing and crisp taste of Common Cider. Here are a couple of different ways you can experience what joy tastes like:

Quick and Easy Green Tea with Common Cider
1 gallon of cold, freshly brewed organic green tea (your choice of sweetened or unsweetened)
1 22oz bottle of your choice of Common Cider
Fill a tall glass with ice, fill two-thirds of the glass with green tea and the rest with your favorite Common Cider flavor. Garnish with your choice of fruit or herbs. (serves 16)

For the more adventurous side of you try this recipe for Central Valley Cooler from Mark Estee, Chef and Owner, of Campo in Reno, NV:
8 oz of Hibiscus Common Cider
30 muddled tarragon leaves
4 oz gin
2 oz lemon juice
2 oz simple syrup
6 dashes of orange bitters
Gently muddle tarragon with gin. Add simple syrup, lemon juice, bitters. Shake and strain into two Collins glasses with ice. Top with Common Cider Hibiscus Saison. Garnish with a tarragon sprig. Serves 2.

These are just two of our favorites for summer. What are yours? We’d love to know how you enjoy the artfully effervescent flavors of Common Cider!
